Information collected through one Platform may be used across the Shufflrz Network for fraud prevention, geo-restriction enforcement (including Canada blocking), security, analytics, and Service operations, subject to this Policy.

1) IMPORTANT NOTICE — CANADA RESTRICTION & LOCATION ENFORCEMENT

The Service is not available to individuals physically located in Canada, and use of VPNs, proxies, TOR, GPS spoofing, or other location-masking technologies to access the Service is prohibited.
