1. Acceptance of Terms

By landing on, browsing, creating an account with, submitting a directory listing, or purchasing from Shufflrz.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”).

  • If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
  • Creating an account, logging in, posting content, or completing a purchase constitutes full, binding legal acceptance.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.


3. Services Provided

Shufflrz.com provides access to digital products, memberships, courses, software, and directory listings. All rights granted are personal, non-transferable, and revocable at our discretion.

4. No Refunds – Final Sale Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO CREDITS.
  • By purchasing from Shufflrz.com, you waive any right to request or obtain a refund.
  • Dissatisfaction, non-use, change of mind, or financial hardship does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Chargebacks and payment disputes are strictly prohibited and treated as fraudulent.
  • You agree to indemnify and reimburse 1453443 B.C. LTD. for all costs, including legal fees, penalties, and collection expenses, incurred in opposing chargebacks or payment disputes.

5. User Content & Directory Listings

  • Users may submit directory listings, advertisements, or other promotional material.
  • You are solely and fully responsible for all content you post or promote.
  • Posting, promoting, or advertising illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, or harmful material is strictly prohibited.
  • If you promote anything illegal, all legal and financial responsibility is yours alone. Shufflrz.com and 1453443 B.C. LTD. assume no liability for user-generated content.
  • We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, or suspend any listing at our sole discretion.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All fees are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees, including taxes and surcharges.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, source code, designs, trademarks, and materials on Shufflrz.com are the exclusive property of 1453443 B.C. LTD.
  • You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access purchased materials for personal or internal business use.
  • Redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, or public sharing is strictly prohibited.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

  • We make no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • 1453443 B.C. LTD. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • We expressly disclaim liability for user-generated listings, promotions, or advertisements, including illegal or prohibited content.
  • Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1453443 B.C. LTD., its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Site or Services,
  • Your listings, advertisements, or promotions,
  • Your violation of this Agreement or applicable laws,
  • Your initiation of a chargeback or dispute.


11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, listings, or access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. You agree that all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on Shufflrz.com. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
